If you choose to use untracked and or uninsured shipping services then you do so entirely at your own risk. Subsonic Underground cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments unless the shipment is tracked and insured. You will always only be charged the exact shipping cost with no extra handling fees.

    All of our stock is thoroughly examined for warping and general damage before shipment. Therefore we only except returns for press defective vinyl. If you would like coverage for warped or non press defects then please buy insurance.
